Just replaced my GF Ti4600 with a 9700... good lord what a difference! Very
little in older games- nothing noticable in Max Payne, and only a minor
improvement at stock settings in 3dMark01, but Deus Ex 2 all of a sudden
looks like a very smoothly-playing game. Have the card clocked at 324/300
with no issues (and no alterations, still using a stock heatsink).
I now have high hopes for Far Cry and Pandora Tomorrow... and i'd have
higher hopes if bloody France hadn't scored twice...
