Giving Read access but do not allow file save to disk

Appreciate any help! I want to be able to let users access files within a
shared folder with Read Only permissions and NOT be allowed to save those
files to thier HDD (just view file but not have the ability to save). As far
as I can see this is not possible with XP/2003.

Nor in many others. They can copy the file anywhere that they have write
access.

Another one of those deals where *if they can see it, they can get a copy of
it somehow - even if it is low-tech.*
