Giving others access to Business Contact Manager Database

I have already given employees access to the company's BCM database. We now
have 2 new employees and when I go to add them I get a message that says,
"There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper." Then I get
an error message saying the same basic thing and that it could not be
completed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Hi Elena

What operating system is the BCM database on?
If it is on Windows 2003, make sure that the Windows Firewall Service is
running

The operating system we are running is XP.
