give user permission to right click a report

I created an application user that has limited privliges. I gave this user
read open/run and read design permission on all reports. When I package
the application including the access runtime, the user is unable to right
click on the report and see the send to menu option. When I open the same
mdb using my full access install and log in as the application user, I am
able to do this. What do I have to do to allow the user to right click on
the report and have access to the send to option?

ALL built in menus and toolbars are disabled in the Runtime (that includes
right-click menus). You have to build your own substitute Shorcut Menu and
assign it to the appropriate ShortCut menu property of the report.

You have to built a popup menu dedicated
