I have win 2003 server and active directory.
I use windows XP pro as client.
I want to give local admin permission to a domain user on
windows xp pro.
But I don't give.
I done;
Right click my computer and click manage.Click Local Users
and Groups, click groups and double click Administrators.
Then click add button;

I don't see my domain name From This Location box.

Help me.
THANKS!

Try entering the name in the text box in the format domain\username. This
usually works.

Make sure DNS is correctly setup on the server and that the
server is a member of the domain. Logon with a domain
account. You should then see the directory.

I tried this method but it did'nt work.
