I found the .dbx file in C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\Local
Settings\Application Data\Identities\{4CAE9311-2DA8-4B28-A3A4-E630336AF5CB}\

Which type of this file is.Can you all send me details of this file. How to
open & see the contents of this file & what are the other extensions for
outlook files are & how they can be opened.

It is a database file for Outlook Express.
