gina stub taking long time

Hi,

We want to change the default login screen. But when we boot the image
with ginastub.dll, it takes too much of time for login screen to
appear. We have not added anything int the code and the code internally
calls the Gina functions.

If we remove the ginastub.dll and boot up with default msgina.dll then
it is normal and no delay is there.

Any ideas??

You would probably want to test your ginastub.dll on XP Pro first and make it working there.

It is pretty hard to debug GINA (MS or your own) so I can only suggest you using KD (Kernal Debugger) or a useful debug output to
serial port, for instance, to see what is going on there.

Problem solved. I was using friendly logon, that is why it was taking
long time.
