GINA: How to pass Netware credentials from WlxLoggedOutSas using PWLX_MPR_NOTIFY_INFO

Can anyone tell me where it is documented or how I can pass Novell Netware
Tree, Context and server along with username and password using the
PWLX_MPR_NOTIFY_INFO structure returned from WlxLoggedOutSas() in GINA.

I can change the username and password just fine and log on as another user
in Netware, but can not find any specifications on how or where to pass the
tree, context or server.

Does anyone know if I were to pass something like "tree.context" as part of
the domain field - would that work, but if so, how do I pass server and so
on.

Can anyone help?
