Hi David,
If gigex is the only download site you're unable to download
from, there might be something with their system the you need
to configure. For example, some sites require that you allow
them to write a cookie to your system before you can access
the site content. I hope this helps you resolve that issue. Make
sure to reset any settings in Internet Explorer by clicking the
Default buttons, and add Gigex to your trusted sites as well.
