Gigabyte MB problems

Every once in awhile, this MB likes to reboot for no
apparant reason. It is a Gigabyte GA-7ZXE and I have an
AMD 1000MHz Processor running in it. I also have 2000 Pro
for my OS & I don't know if it's incompatible memory or
any of my components, but I would like to hear if this has
been addressed by anyone other than myself. For weeks it
can be normal, but then 2 days in a row, it can reboot 2
or 3 times and be fine right after that. I know it could
be a video card or just about anything. I have the GeForce
3 AGP card if that helps as well. Any comments will be
appreciated. Thank you.

Check your PSU and whether the rating is sufficient for your hardware.
Check your plugs and wires that there is no loose cabling, also incompatible
VGA Cards can cause this kind of thing. Check that your system is properly
ventilated and that nothing is overheating.
