GIFs not animating at all

GIF images that normally would be animating continuously
are not animating at all, not even for one loop in IE. I
have not changed any settings that would have caused this.
Also, I am having the exact same problem when I run
Mozilla, so I'm guessing this isn't just an IE problem.

Ben,
Are you using ZoneAlarm Pro?
If so uncheck the option to block animated gif's ......
