gif and others like flash disappear on certain web site

Eversince I installed service pack 2, my browser which is internet explorer
6.0 will not show certain gif and flash files. This happens for example on
www.msn.com
the message "Security Alert: Reported Vulnerability in Microsoft ASP.NET"
appears with an red X on where the image should be, any help would be so
appreciated.

I am having the same problem. Any advice will be appreciated.
I have checked the options under tools, show pictures is checked.
