Sometimes when I access a website and I come across text, such as an article,
I come across words with weird symbols in them, substituting the place of
actual words and letters. I know it has something to do with the encoding
but nothing seems to be fixing this problem. Is there any way for me to stop
this from happening or fixing the problem in general?
