I want to know why Giant cant stop the VX spyware from
returning each time the computer is rebooted. I have been
very disgusted with this and am dissapointed that a
product advertised to remove spyware cant stop it from
returning upon reboot

Beta. Software undergoes beta testing shortly before it's
released. Beta is Latin for 'still doesn't work...............

I know that this software removes some older VX2 variants, because I've done
it. It wouldn't surprise me if it didn't remove the newest ones, but you
may be able to help:

Please attempt to submit a Tools, suspected spyware report from the infected
machine.

Please also try restarting in safe mode and doing at least two full
scans--scan untill no infection is found.

If those don't work, I would recommend a forum where experienced folks
interpret HijackThis results--such as can be found here:
