Look in the Accessibility applet in Control Panel and deselect
everything.

Aren't you using Windows XP? I assumed you were since you are posting in
an XP newsgroup. On all my XP machines, there is a Control Panel icon
for "Accessibility Options". If you open that applet, there are tabs
running across the top. One of them is Display. If you have the High
Contrast box checked, you'll get huge fonts on some sites.

And did you look in that applet on the 'Display' Tab?
And did you click on 'Settings' and use the drop down list and look at the
settings?
Also click on the 'Tools' Icon, select 'Internet Options', the 'General'
Tab, the 'Fonts' button and the 'Accessibility' button.

If these don't answer your question, then you must describe your problem
much more carefully, giving information like screen resolution and font size
and whether or not window titles are also in very large font. Something YOU
did changed the way Internet Explorer is working.
