I heard Norton Ghost allows to make a ghost image of a partition or of a
whole RAID0 array, but does not allow to restore the ghost image onto a
RAID0 partition/drive.

Am I wrong ? In case I am, what software would be able to do this ?

Really depends on the detail of how the RAID0 array is done.
Ghost still does things at the DOS level, so that would be true
if the RAID0 array cant be seen at restore time at the DOS level.

PowerQuest's V2i Protector can do that, because
it doesnt operate at the DOS level, but you do
need to be running XP or 2K to be able to run it.

PowerQuest's Drive Image can do it in some situations,
particularly if the RAID0 array isnt the boot partition.
It can do stuff at the OS level as long as the OS wasnt
booted from the partition you are attempting to restore etc.

And even if it is the OS boot partition, one workaround can
be to have a minimal OS boot partition that can be used just
for the restore of the RAID0 normal boot partition etc.

Pretty sure TrueImage allows it too, havent tried it tho.
