Windows Vista Ghost

What are people using to Ghost these days? I pretty much want to install the OS and all the relevant drivers and then take an image of the drive. When using the image to reinstall, would like as little user input as possible.

Currently running Windows Vista.

err, Vista has it's own ghost equivalent.
