Ghost win. 2000 error

I have cloned windows 2000 on to my computer and now I am
having a difficult time shutting down my pc. It usually
freezes on me durring shut down. What can I do?
 
I don't know what platform you are talking about, but i
downloaded from my D: drive with a disk in the A: drive
also. I gosted from a disk as a new image. The ghost cd
is a copy and therefore I have no further information
about it than it containing windows 2000, ms office,
acrobat reader, etc.
