I have a customer on our network who gets a second "Personal Folder" even though ther is only one personal folder installed through SERVICES. The second .PST resides in the //Program Files/Common Files/System/Mapi/1033/NT folder as "OUTLOOK.PST". Where does it come from and how do I get rid of it? Thanks Gunter

What version of Outlook?
If it is Outlook 2000 or below, do you know what mode it
is running in? (Internet or Corporate)
