I have two "ghost" copies of the main Outlook folder in my folder list.
Outlook will not let me close them, because it does not distinguish
between the ghosts.

Any suggestions on eliminating them?

I am using Outlook 2003.

I transferred my email to an Outlook 2003 folder. I had some difficulty
making Outlook recognize the new folder, so perhaps the ghost folders
are a result of that trial and error.
