Getting word to show the whole path

Hi

How do I get Microsoft Word to show the whole path e.g
C:\my documents\filename where it is currently showing the
file name.

Where does it show it now? In a field? If field, see the
field-specific options for what you want.
 
Hi Nonte,

Press Alt+F9 to toggle on the field codes and add the \p switch inside the
closing } so that you have

{ FILENAME \p }

Use Alt+F9 again to toggle off the field codes and F9 to update the field.
