Getting the click event in a mailitem hyperlink

Hi,
I am using outlook2000 and I want to get the click event for the cliking of
a hyperlink if there is any event that i can work with to get that click
please tell me. When ever there is a hyperlink present in a mailitem and user
clicks it before the user is routed to the destination i want to route it to
somewhere else can i do it?

the OOM offers no event for this.

Maybe you can replace all hyperlinks before the user can click on one?
