Getting Started, Need some help

Hello all,

I am new to this kind of development and just getting started.
I need some help how to approach and get information about frameworks.
I also need to know how to create dynamic forms, and basically
common approaches how to do this kind of development. I was
wondering if anyboby knows some links, or some advice how to
approach this.
