getting songs on mp3??

i have a GPX mp3 player and a inspiron 530 vista computer i need steps on how
to put songs on my mp3 player. I read the booklets but theres nothing.please
help!!!!!! and its saying that my device is to full and i only have 25 songs
on it because the computer just deleted about 120 of them!! what the problem
there?
