Getting rid of Security Alert Box

Aloha:
How can I get rid of this box that keeps coming up, that says: "Security
Alert"
it is driving me nuts and I don't have it on my Dell Laptop. When I click
on View
Certificate on that box it wants me to install a certificate. Is this an
XP thing or
my McAffee antivirus that is doing this?
I use both on my laptop and do not get these boxes before I can go on.

Your computer may have some spyware installed. Go to
http://www.spybot.info/ and download SpyBot Search and Destroy, install
it, check for updates, imunise then run a scan, see what is detected.
