Getting Rid of Dialogue Box

I have recently completed three slide presentations in Power Point 2000. When converted to pps files, they start immediately as they are supposed to. Previous slide shows my husband did, when converted, come up with the "Enable Macros, etc." dialogue box, even after converted to pps.

He says it's because his shows were created in an older version (97 I believe). I don't really care why this is happening. Would just like to know how to get rid of the box so the older shows play like the new ones. Any suggestions? Thanks. TJ
