Getting Outlook data from 2002 to Express

How do I get the Contacts, Tasks and Calendar data from
Outlook 2002 to Outlook Express?
 
Assuming you mean the copy of OE that is installed on the same machine as
Outlook, either use the Import/Export wizard on Outlook's File menu, or the
Import command on OE's File menu to copy the data.
