I am having a hard time setting up outlook for charter.net. I am unable to
receive or send e-mail in outlook. The top line doesn't even highlight.
Charter says that it is a Microsoft problem not theirs...they only work with
outlook express. (I have had two instances where their employees were
helpful and I was sucessfull, but my computer has crashed a few times so it
is a battle each time to find someone that is helpful through charter)
