Getting out of Safe mode

anyone know how to get out of safe mode in windows XP
other than simply to restart the computer...i must just
be a huge idiot cause i cant figure it out thanks for
your help

The only way to switch from safe mode to normal is to restart the computer.
It's always been that way in Windows.
 
I went to control panel, and clicked on one of the tools at the top of the page, run- then msconfig , turn off safe mode, restart
