Getting "One or more reminder parameter values are not valid" err.

I have an extensive calendar and just recently had to recover the data from a
lost partition. Now I'm getting an error on some of my reminders. "Cannot
turn off reminder. You may be reminded again. Could not complete the
operation. One or more parameter values are not valid." I have tried running
the Inbox repair tool, tried exporting, cleaing up and reimporting my
calendar and also tried just deleting the items. Nothing seems to be working.
If anyone knows a fix, please help.
 
Never import a native Outlook file- you are asking for trouble. Always use
File->open->Outlook Data File.

Try starting Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch -
start->run->outlook.exe /cleanreminders (note the space between the .exe and
the /)

I did that, and after restarting my computer and outlook I get the following
error "Cannot start the reminder service. Unable to show reminders."
 
I tried the switch "outlook.exe /resetfolders" - this seems to have worked.
