Getting old messages and addresses back

I got a new hard drive and also upgraded to XP, I am
trying to get my old outlook files back (e-mails and
addresses) Can anyone help me out. thanks

First things first - do a darn good search for *pst.

I solved my problem..thanks all I went to an address I
got off this forum and it told me where to find the pst
and got everything back with no problems. Heres the
address for anyone else with this problem......
