Getting my contact to show in my Outlook Address Book

The "help" instructions say to Right Click "Contacts,"
"Properties" > "Outlook Address Book" tab >and
Click to expand...
Select "Show this folder as an e-mail address book" check
box.

Well, it won't let me select that check box. It's greyed
out and appears to be unselectable.

Any suggestions?

I've tried importing the Outlook Express Address Book, but
it won't import the address book. It will import the mail
and contacts, but not the address book. Outlook has the
contacts I need, they just won't get into the address book.

Very frustrating!

Any help would be most appreciated.

What version of Outlook? Have you checked to make sure the Outlook Address
Book service has been added to your profile?
