Getting Moviemaker 2.1

Hopefully someone can help me. I am trying to get Windows Moviemaker 2.1 but
have had no success. I have Windows XP and have service pack 2 installed. I
did not have MovieMaker so I went looking for it. I found 2.0 but am having
some problems with it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling SP2 (since
I understand it is supposed to be part of that install) but it did not
install the Moviemaker program with it. What can I do? Thanks for you help.
