Hi,
In my graduate research group, four students share an email computer.
Before realizing that I could make an identity for myself in outlook I set
up a new user account and outlook for that user. All the email from my
school account were downloaded to that user. I then realized my mistake,
deleted that user and setup an identity for myself in the shared user
account. This time outlook didn't download all the emails from my school
account, presumably because it thinks it already has? Any ideas on how to
get those emails into outlook again?
