Getting Graphic to fit?

Hello. I am having a huge problem and I'm hoping someone knows how to help. I
created a website for my school at www.mrparino.com

I created a banner in Fireworks with drop downs for my navigation, then I
exported it to frontpage as an .htm file. Then I put it in the frame at the
top of my site and everything looked and ran great. However, when I view the
page on a smaller screen (mine in 17 inches), the banner that I made becomes
cut off on the right side of the page and the top of the banner has seemed to
move down, leaving a lot of unwanted blue at the top of my page.

Does anyone know how to fix these so that I can get my banner to fit inside
any browser and how I can get the space above my banner to disappear? Any
help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

make your banner graphic image 750-760px wide instead of 800...for starters.

also, are you re-assembling a sliced image?

drop downs for my navigation

Ut oh. FW pop-up menus? Bummer....

These menus are not the best choice for anyone, but oh well.

Anyhow, you have the menu code in BOTH the frameset (it doesn't belong
there) and in the top frame source page (it does belong there). Delete it
from your frameset file, please.

The space above the banner is caused by the fact that you do not have page
margins specified on either of the frameset's pages. Try setting them both
to zero....

Okay I did that, thanks. Yes I am re-assemblinga sliced image. Does that
cause a problem?

not sure...i had noticed something in there that looked like thats what it was doing - might have been what was jumping down the border.
