Getting error The Server "" Timed out

Help!

I get the following error: The Server "" Timed out
when I try and publish my website.
Strange thing is this all of a sudden happened one day.

Any suggestions how to fix it?
 
Can happen if you have files with sizes over 1 MB (ask your host to increase the FP file size limit)
or any thumbs.db files in your site (delete them)
