Getting Error since Win 7 upgrade

I'm getting an error code on 2 of my 7 different email accounts since
upgrading to Win 7 Pro. This didn't happen right away, Win 7 has been running
for about 5 days with outlook and no problems, all of a sudden today I've got
an error code:
0x800300fd

I can check these mail boxes w/ yahoo external pop3, so the servers are
okay, its an outlook issue and I can't seem to find any searches that match
up to this code.

We're supposed to guess WHICH version of Outlook that you use?

The sum total of the error messages was just an error code?

And we are to guess from WHICH version of Windows you then upgraded to
Windows 7?
