Getting Error on launching after installation BCM for Windows Mobi

After installing the new Business Contact Mngr for Mobile 5 and sinking up
business Contact Manager with my laptop I'm get "PocketBCM" is not a valid
Pocket PC application. Has any one else had or having the same issues

T-Mobile MDA
Mobile Version 5 (5.1.195)(Build 14955.2.3.0)
ActiveSync 4.2.0
 
Just to let everone know that if you have this problem un-install app from
phone and desktop or laptop and reinstal again. This fixed my issue

Dont use ActiveSync to un-install use the computer and phone to un-install
it appears that ActiveSync does not remove all files.
