Getting drive temp from Silicon Image siI3112 SATA raid controller

As subject - any utilities to get drive temps and other data from a
pair of drive connected as a RAID 1 mirror set to a Silicon Image
sil3112 SATA raid controller on Abit AN7 motherboard??

That's not the reason.
The reason is that the drivers (probably) don't support it.
Which is also true for several non-RAID controllers that
have no S.M.A.R.T. (driver) support.
