Getting debugger when going to certain sites?

I keep getting prompted to debug the website when going to ebay.com. Does
anyone know how to get rid of this or why it is coming up?

Click on Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - place a check in Disable
script debugging(Internet Explorer)
