getting contacts into the navigation pane

Michelle Amaro- Pampered Chef

Has anyone been able to put their contact list underneath the Local Folders
on the left in the navigation pane?
In Outlook Express it used to be an option under format but no so in Windows
mail!

Please help the tech challenged!
