Getting Blue Screen Of Death on FBA from USB sandisk

I have followed instruction from Microsoft group
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnxpesp1/html/XPESP1_CF_EWF.asp),
that I can use removale media. However, it keep getting me blue screen
on FBA. I have tried remove all the driver that I componentised. But
it still gives me BSOD. I have user HP CF utilitiy to format the flash
into NTFS, FAT32, and even FAT16 with bootprep. None of them worked.
Can anyboy gives me some instrictions?

What BSOD info you're seeing on the blue screen?

it didn't have numbers. It was saying windows shuts down to prevent
damage. And there were technical information :
STOP 0x0000007B C0xf7946528 0xc0000034 0X00000000 0x00000000

That is all I have for BSOD
