Getting an 'unable to display folder' in a shared exchange calenda

One user has a shared calendar in 2003 Outlook, but one of his delegates
continues to get 'Unable to display folder' when she tries to access the
shared calendar.

Does anyone know why this might happen? She has no problem accessing her
own email so I know its not the Exchange connection.

Any clues, suggestions?

I've had the same problem - try opening user properties in AD Users and
Computers, Exchange Advanced, Mailbox Rights. This worked ok for me!
