We have several users in our company who now require their
incoming messages to be stored on both the exchange server
and their personal folders (this is needed to allow
support for new Blackberry devices). We have these users
set up to deliver their new messages to the exchange
server and we created a rule to move a copy of each
incoming message to the personal folders. Unfortunately,
most of these users have calendars with reminders set up
in their personal folders. From what I've found looking on
the web, Outlook does NOT allow you to create or view
reminders in calendars that reside in a location different
from the location of newly delivered e-mails.
We'd prefer to keep their calendars in their personal
folders, as these users have laptops that they use in the
field. Is there any way to allow these users to view and
create reminders in their personal folders?
Thanks.
