Had trouble upgrading to Vista from XP on my ACER laptop. The upgrade gets
to the final bit and then Windows will not start so I went back to XP.
After a few exchanges of emails I was phoned by ACER today and they suggest
that there may be a fault on the disc.
They have suggested I phone moduslink who provided the disc and they will
send a replacement. I suspect that there is little chance this will happen.
What do the people here think. I would have phoned them today but haven't
had time.
To be honest I like XP so might stick with it for a while but at some point
I will upgrade so want a disk that'll work???
