Getting 3gp files into MM?

I know they'll have to be converted but how and to what? Have Googled 3gp
conversion and tried a progran called CinemaForge but it didn't work.
Also some of these clips were taken with the camera/phone sideways, if I get
them into MM can I rotate them 90 degrees and save them the right way up?

yes, Movie Maker has an effect that rotates clips by 90 degrees, but you
might not be happy with any distortion.... if so, you'll need to resolve it
with other software or customized effects.
