geting error

I'm geting this error any body can help me please, I seach
a lot but useless.

Event Source = Schedule - Event = 7901

The At10.job command failed to start due to the following
error:
The process cannot access the file because it is being
used by another process.

- Did you have a look at job No. AT10 in the Task Scheduler?
- What program does it invoke?
- What files does that program require?
