get vista email back into OE6 ?

My experience with both Vista ultimate & it E-Mail program has been the worst
IT problem I have ever seen. I could fill this whole post with a RANT but I
have a bigger issue.

I need to export Vista email back to outlook express 6(back to XP). That is
it, plain & simple.

I would have thought Microsoft would be so much better than this effort.
Vista resembles the abomination that was Windows ME but more stable.
 
WinMail stores the emails as eml files.
Drag the WinMail eml files to an open Outlook Express folder.
