Get rid of workstation security

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to remove, disable,
reconfigure XP Pro workstation security?
I do not want or need to have twenty users on each
workstation.
My sever (Novell) handles all security issues.
All office-critical data is stored on the server for
backup purposes.
With Win 98 I can simply install the operating system and
any user in the office can log into that computer and
have access to their (network) files, programs etc.
I do not need the workstations to be secured.
As it is now I have to create all of my users on each new
computer and this takes a lot of time and offers no
benefit.
As an example: If my 'workstation' hard disk dies I can
simply log into another computer on the network and
complete any work needed. I do not have to be a user on
that 'workstation' to do this.
To me this extra setup ( adding users ) is a huge waste
of my time.
I'm sure there is a simple answer out there. Can anyone
advise?

Not totally sure if I understand what you want to do, but if you're willing
to live with the same settings for all users, just create one user account
(in addition to the administrator account) and delete all the others (there
are ownership rights on existing files you'd need to address, as well as
file storage location and security issues for each user as well). You can
even set the machine up so that it will go directly to that account on
boot-up without showing the select user screen. Of course, if you give all
users administrator rights, that's a real security risk.

Then again, maybe I've totally misunderstood your point!
