How can I get rid of security dialog which comes up when I open a XLS file
with macros?

Hi Yuri

If you trust all your workbooks then change security to low
Tools>Macro..Security

You can always open a workbook without activating the macro's by
holding the shift key when you open a workbook in Excel
 
But I actually want to have macros and also don't want the dialog come up.

Can I do this?
